Sydney
Monday, September 29th, 2008
I’m back in Sydney for a couple of days of shopping. Five largely uninterrupted years in Vanuatu have managed to deplete my stock of basic things that hardly ever need replacing, but cost a plane ticket when they do.
Good quality footwear, underwear, shorts, jeans, hard-to-find but really useful gadgety things… the list is only limited by the amount of cash I’ve brought with me.
There are volumes yet to be written about Timor. I’ll get to that in my quieter moments over the next week or so. In all likelihood, that’s not the last I’ve seen of it.
Tons of great photos to follow, once I’m back in Vanuatu.
